Barakuda, the visionary behind the iconic PsyTribe productions in Los Angeles, has been at the forefront of the psychedelic trance scene since 1997. With over 30 years of experience, Barakuda’s journey began in 1992 when he discovered the outdoor psychedelic trance experience, instantly falling in love with the music and culture. In 1995, he embarked on his DJ career, honing his craft and passion for delivering electrifying sets.
In 1997, Barakuda founded PsyTribe, a pioneering force that has shaped the landscape of psychedelic trance in California for over three decades. As the original founder and chief, PsyTribe has become synonymous with setting the standards and capturing the essence of true psychedelic trance parties. Through PsyTribe, Barakuda has organized countless events, introducing artists to the West Coast such as Infected Mushroom, Astral Projection, Atmos and much more plus sharing the stage with many others.
With an unparalleled dedication to the trance community, Barakuda’s versatility shines through in his ability to infuse energy into the dance floor and sustain it throughout his sets, regardless of the music style or time of day. His unwavering commitment and passion have earned him respect worldwide, cementing his legacy as a trailblazer on the west coast’s trance scene.

BEN BEHDAD
Also known as Dj Psybenny, born Behdad Dehghanizadeh in Tehran, Iran, embarked on his musical journey at the age of 17, initially drawn to the rhythms of drums. His early years were spent immersed in the underground music scene, performing with rock and metal bands across Iran. Upon relocating to the US, Behdad continued his musical exploration, lending his percussive talents to various bands and projects. It wasn't until 2017, when he attended a transformative psytrance party in Los Angeles, that Behdad's passion for electronic music truly ignited. Inspired by the energy and unity he experienced on the dance floor, he delved into music production, and in 2020, amidst the pandemic, he made his debut as a DJ.

For Behdad, electronic music transcended mere beats; it became a conduit for connection and self-expression. With an electric fusion of genres and an innate ability to set the perfect vibe, Ben Behdad is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments on the dance floor, where music becomes the universal language of unity and celebration.

He is infusing persian music with other styles creating a psychedelic experience for the audience.
